Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know about how we work, what sessions involve, how we keep you safe and how bookings and payments work. Still unsure? We are always happy to talk.
01
How holistic, natural wellness works in practice.
It means we look at the whole person — food, movement, sleep, stress, relationships and environment — rather than a single symptom in isolation. Small changes in one area often help others.
We combine traditional knowledge with current research, and we are open about the strength of the evidence for each practice. We avoid claims that cannot be supported.
No. Our focus is education, coaching and practice. If a supplement may be worth discussing, we will explain why and suggest you speak with your doctor or pharmacist.
Yes, and many clients do. A common pairing is health coaching with nutrition guidance, or yoga with mindfulness. We will suggest a combination that suits your goals.
Not at all. We deliberately start with two or three changes and build gradually. Sustainable progress matters more than speed.

A list of any medications or supplements you take, any recent health information you are comfortable sharing, and a few notes about your typical day. Comfortable clothing is helpful for yoga.
Of course. Including the person who cooks or shares your routine can make changes easier to sustain.

How we keep our guidance safe and appropriate.
No. Our services support general wellbeing and healthy habits. We do not diagnose, treat or cure disease, and we will advise you to see a doctor when your symptoms need medical attention.
Never stop or change prescribed medication without speaking to your doctor. Our guidance is designed to complement medical care, not replace it.
No. Some herbs interact with medicines or are unsuitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with certain conditions. We screen carefully and recommend checking with your doctor or pharmacist.
Often yes, with modifications. Please tell us about any injuries, surgery or conditions so we can adapt your practice or advise you to seek medical clearance first.
Yes. We treat everything you share with care and use it only to support you. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Fees, cancellations and how we handle changes.
We will confirm fees and accepted payment methods when you book. Payment is usually made before or at the time of each session or programme.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with enough notice can be rescheduled free of charge. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refunds depend on when you cancel and how many sessions have been used. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains each situation clearly.
Yes. Our six-week foundation plan and twelve-week programme bundle several sessions together. Ask us which option suits you best.
Send us your question. A practitioner — not an automated system — will reply within one working day.
