These terms govern your use of the Nature Heal Vibe website and the booking and delivery of our wellness services. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to them.

These terms apply between you and Nature Heal Vibe. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We offer holistic health coaching, nutrition and herbal guidance, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and related programmes. Our services are educational and supportive. They are not medical, psychological or dietetic treatment, and our practitioners do not diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time and, where applicable, received payment or a deposit. We will confirm each booking by email or message. Please arrive or log in on time; late arrivals may receive a shortened session.
Fees for each service or programme are confirmed before you book. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We may update our fees from time to time, but changes will not affect sessions you have already paid for.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
For video sessions you are responsible for a suitable private space, a stable internet connection and, for movement sessions, a safe area free of obstacles. Sessions are not recorded without the consent of everyone present.
All website content, plans, handouts, recordings and materials we provide are owned by Nature Heal Vibe or our licensors. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared or sold without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use automated tools to copy content. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
We take care to provide accurate, safe guidance, but outcomes depend on many individual factors and cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from information you did not disclose or advice you did not follow. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms occasionally. The version published on this page at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Nature Heal Vibe is established. We encourage you to contact us first so that any concern can be resolved quickly and informally.
