Holistic Health Coaching

Coaching that connects the whole picture

Energy, sleep, digestion, mood and motivation are all connected. Our one-to-one holistic health coaching helps you see those connections clearly — and turns them into a simple, personal plan you can actually follow.

Overview

A thoughtful guide for the changes you keep meaning to make

Holistic health coaching is a partnership. Rather than handing you a generic plan, we help you understand how the different parts of your life influence one another — how a late, rushed dinner affects your sleep, how poor sleep drives sugar cravings, how stress changes your digestion — and then decide together where a small change will make the biggest difference.

Your coach brings knowledge of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress physiology and behaviour change. You bring the most important expertise of all: knowledge of your own life. Together we set goals that are meaningful to you, break them into steps that fit your week, and review progress honestly.

What we look at together

  • Nourishment: meal timing, balance, hydration and the foods that leave you feeling your best
  • Rest: sleep quality, evening routines and how you recover from busy days
  • Movement: realistic ways to move more, whatever your starting point
  • Stress and mood: pressure points, coping habits and simple calming tools
  • Environment: the routines, relationships and spaces that make healthy choices easier or harder

Coaching is not about willpower or perfection. It is about building a few reliable habits, learning from the weeks that go wrong, and gradually becoming your own best guide.

How it works

What a coaching journey looks like

01

Listen

We start with your story: health history, daily rhythm, what you have tried and what you want to feel like.

02

Prioritise

We identify the two or three changes most likely to help, and agree on realistic first steps.

03

Practise

You put the plan into action between sessions, with check-ins to keep things on track.

04

Refine

We review what is working, adjust what is not, and gradually build lasting confidence.

Coaching works best when you are ready for steady change

You do not need to have everything figured out. Coaching tends to help most if you recognise yourself in any of the following:

  • You feel tired, foggy or flat more often than not
  • You know what is “healthy” but struggle to stay consistent
  • Stress is affecting your sleep, appetite or digestion
  • You want one plan instead of ten conflicting pieces of advice
  • You are making a life change and want to protect your wellbeing

A note on safety

Health coaching supports lifestyle change. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have ongoing symptoms, please see a doctor — we are happy to work alongside your medical care.

Try this today

The three-question evening check-in

Before bed tonight, take two minutes to write down short answers to three questions:

  • When did I feel most energised today, and what had I done just before?
  • When did I feel most drained, and what was happening?
  • What is one small thing I can do tomorrow to have more of the first and less of the second?

Do this for a week. Most people notice clear patterns by day five — and those patterns often become the starting point for our first coaching session.

Questions

Holistic health coaching FAQs

Have a question we have not covered? Send us a message and we will reply within one working day.

A doctor diagnoses and treats medical conditions; a dietitian provides clinical nutrition therapy. A health coach helps you make and sustain lifestyle changes. We often work alongside both and will refer you when needed.

Many clients feel a real difference within six weeks. Some prefer a single consultation for direction; others choose a twelve-week programme for deeper change. We will recommend an option honestly.

Yes. Coaching works very well by video call. Many clients choose online sessions for convenience and come in person occasionally.

That is expected and useful. Difficult weeks show us what needs adjusting. We will never judge you for a setback — we will simply plan the next step.

No. We build around your preferences and circumstances. Changes are gradual and agreed together.
